NTS Numbers
NTS or non-geographic numbers can beused for sales, technical and general information for your customers or potential customers.
These numbers can ring one destination or multiplel destinations depending upon area and time. The NTS numbers can also ring other destinations if there is no reply or the destination is busy without the caller knowing. They can be altered as your company grows to include new branches or out of hours work so the customer is always answered.
With NTS numbers you can have online stats of answering times, lost calls and busy periods.
